To add your βCOT TOKENβ to MetaMask, follow these modified steps based on the official guide for adding custom tokens:
Before you proceed, make sure you are connected to the BNB Chain.
Access βImport Tokensβ: In your MetaMask wallet, navigate to the βTokensβ tab. At the bottom of this tab, youβll find the βImport tokensβ link.
Switch to βCustom Tokenβ Tab: After clicking βImport tokensβ, switch to the βCustom Tokenβ tab.
Enter Contract Address: In the first field, enter your tokenβs contract address, which is 0x56B37783f1847997242A7b181f9F50A680319Cc5.
Autofill Token Details: The token symbol and token decimals should automatically fill in. If they donβt, you can find these details through the tokenβs documentation or by searching the networkβs block explorer.
Confirm Addition: Click βAdd Custom Tokenβ. Youβll be directed to a confirmation page. Once you confirm by clicking βImport Tokensβ, the COT TOKEN will be added to your wallet and visible under the βtokensβ tab
TRUST WALLET
To add your βCOT TOKENβ to Trust Wallet, follow these modified steps based on the Trust Wallet community guide:
Search for the Token: Tap on the toggle sign at the upper right corner of the main Wallet screen. Search for your token. If itβs not available, youβll see a βNo Asset Foundβ message with an βAdd Custom Tokenβ button.
Get Token Information:
Find your tokenβs Contract Address, which is 0x56B37783f1847997242A7b181f9F50A680319Cc5, using a block explorer like BSCScan.
Fill up Token Details: Tap on βAdd Custom Tokenβ, ensuring you select the correct network (e.g., Smart Chain for a BEP20 token). Paste or scan the Contract Address. The Name, Symbol, and Decimals should autofill. If not, enter them manually.
Confirm by tapping βSaveβ.
Token Successfully Added: Your COT TOKEN will now be added to your Trust Wallet. Note that if the token isnβt listed on CoinMarketCap, its price information might not show up
